Compensation: 16.15/hour- $ 17.20/hour

The machine operator is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. There are a variety of roles and responsibilities within this title. The types of roles available are machine operation, preparation and mixing of raw materials according to specifications, verification of temperatures and product batches, installation and disassembly of machines, hourly and daily paperwork, verification of the quality and accuracy of the products, allmaking safety your number one priority.

In carrying out the duties of Specialized Operator, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; mechanical moving parts; fast hot/cold environment. positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility

Perform repetitive tasks. Examples include

• Lifting/handling raw and cooked meats
• Carrying out paperwork and computer work.
• Ensuring the safety and quality of food
• Cleaning and cleaning

Qualifications required

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Possession or able to obtain a driver’s license

Preferential qualifications

• Previous Cargill experience
• Additional experience in processing
• Experience in meat production
• Experience in production
• Employment history in the last 12 months
