The LifeCare Investigator is responsible for researching, finding, and contacting resources that support and assist our clients. A LifeCare investigator is tasked with locating the most appropriate community resources to meet a client’s current needs. Investigators contact these resources directly to assess the suitability of their services and determine if those resources will be tailored to the current needs of their clients. Some areas of need in parenting and education are prenatal resources, child care options, adoption, academics, and special needs.

What you will be working on:

  • Make surethat the needs of LifeCare clients are met by using a variety of tools (internal database and Internet) to locate potential resources.
  • Research, map, telephone and pre-screen potential resources that meet the client’s specifications. ic case requirements.
  • Suggest and implement new research sources, tools, methodologies and analysis techniques and share this knowledge with your peers.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of customer satisfaction by meeting company standards for daily productivity and quality of case work.
  • Maintain timely, detailed and appropriate documentation regarding the investigation of cases, the status of the case, the investigation process and the results.
  • Help with special projects as requested.
  • Each and every one of the responsibilities assigned by management.

What you will need to be successful:

  • A bachelor’s or associate’s degree is preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree, 1-2 years of experience in an appropriate field.
  • World-class research and networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional analysis, organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates great dedication to team members and team needs
  • Great attention to detail and adheres to team metrics call center
  • Excellent digital literacy and keyboard skills.
  • Advanced skills with applicationsfrom MS
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
