Duties and responsibilities
- To train with a representative of the territory (TR) for 3-6 months with accommodation provided.
- Take on the ownership for several accounts after training with TR for 3-6 months in a territory you own after successfully completing the training program.
- Keep all existing income.
- Participate in surgical cases in the OR.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Ensure hospital approvals and support from surgeons.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Less than 6 years of experience
- Strong relationship orientation and strategic thinking skills
- Strong oral communication skillsand written
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be trained and developed.
- Willingness to train in another territory for 3-6 months (accommodation will be provided)
- Must be willing to move anywhere in the US after the promotion.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook
Nice to have
- Sales experience in B2B, Pharma or an associate representative in medical devices
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience (e.g. athletics, business extracurricular, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivating attitude and proactive
