for Reporting to Information Systems and Support Management, the selected candidates will be essential to support the Information Systems and Services Department. This position offers infinite growth potential, within an organization on a fast track. forfor What do we need you to do?
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot software/firmware for company-managed assets.
- Performs corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Use tools and methodologies to load, copy, and customize operating system configurations for deployment.
- Familiarize end users with basic software, hardware, and operation of peripheral devices.
- Take ownership and responsibility for inquiries, issues, and issues assigned to desktop support engineers.
- Deal with hardware and application support inquiries and issues reported to support service and referred to desktop support engineers.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
- Provide user data and application recovery.
- Responsible for monitoring hardware and software inventory.
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.
- Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
- Resolve and update incidents within the SLA and update stakeholders for P1 cases.
- Serves as a subject matter expert, alongside L2 teams, for application and infrastructure support teams for troubleshooting and complex problems involving the core operating system or desktop components.
- Escalate issues and involve experts where necessary to resolve issues as quickly as possible and any other authoritative desktop applications and Microsoft or related security patches/policies.

What does it bring
- Full diploma in a relevant or higher field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in an IT technical support position (remote support) and skillsproven for the resolution of end-user computing problems.
- 2 years of experience in IT systems infrastructure.
- Good work knowledge experience in IT infrastructure implementation and maintenance.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a complex, fast-paced, multitasking work environment. forfor
