About The Role Motive is building out its Field Operations group inside of our SMB segment (our largest) and is looking for the right individual to help form the initial team. If you feel comfortable in or around sales but always felt that you were better suited in the back office, analyzing data and working to better the sales team as a whole, instead of being on the phones yourself, then we may have a home for you. You’ll work alongside and collaborate with our global Sales Operations team to drive efficiencies, look to reduce wasted time or unnecessary cycles being spent by sales on tasks you can take off their plates, and ultimately work to make the SMB sales team the best performing team possible. What You’ll Do

  • Create Ad-Hoc SFDC reporting
  • Working on the Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Act as the liaison between your sales region and Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate team hierarchies and ramping schedules
What We’re Looking For
  • Advanced Salesforce Reporting/Dashboards, Google sheets/Excel, any SQL is a plus
  • Experience being “internal customer facing” and working alongside sales reps and leaders
