  • Greet and engage customers, discovering their home décor needs and helping them realize their design vision
  • Provide customer service of World-class and offering customers an unforgettable shopping experience
  • Establish a relationship with customers, earning your business through your ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent listening skills
  • Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and customer monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale
  • Generate sales through a low pressure consultative approach

Necessary qualificationsfor

  • Energetic and self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills, bilingual is a bonus!
  • Ability to network and build relationships with clients
  • Competitive and goal-oriented nature with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends (Saturdays and Sundays full-time, either/or part-time), and most holidays.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience The commission-based sales environment is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills
