Our Autotech Service Writer will provide friendly, fast and accurate processing of customer transactions in the mobile installation area. Autotech Service Writer develops strong customer relationships by becoming a trusted consultant, partner and helper to make technology more functional in their lives. The Writer also uses all relevant tools to drive profitable growth, exceed department/individual goals while solving customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages customers using Best Buy Selling Skills while providing quick and easy processing of all transaction types for SOP.
• Builds a relationship with customers and answers questions about estimates/invoices and installation completion times, provides customer demonstrations.
• Checks inbound and outbound customer vehicles for service.
• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, setting up products for Autotechs and other tasks as assigned.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in a team environment that requires clear, professional and effective communication
• Previous experience in prioritizing multiple tasks in an environment team

Preferential qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 months’ experience in retail or customer service
