Liberator Medical Supply ™ (LMS) has served urology and ostomy customers for over two decades. LMS is committed to providing innovative, high-quality medical supplies combined with exemplary customer service, discreet delivery of supplies, and support with insurance and representation documents.
We are in immediate need of sales representatives for the reordering of urology in a virtual call center!
This is a 100% remote control, work from home location! This is an entry level position in sales. In this role, you will facilitate the re-ordering of Urology customer products for customers actively enrolled in Liberator’s supply program. This includes customers who order on a monthly and quarterly basis. Reorder agents are also largely responsible for product instruction and guidance to ensure customer needs are met comprehensively.
Job description
In this role you will be responsible for
- Articulate the features and benefits of the Urology and ancillary product lines offered to include knowledge of all aspects of the use and maintenance of medical supply equipment.
- Monitor daily production and send daily sales logs to direct supervisor Maintain departmental call volume requirements of 100 daily calls to include inbound and outbound calls (minimum).
- Maintain a high level ofprofessionalism on every call and providing excellent customer service to all Liberator Meet customers or exceeding the department’s monthly sales targets set by the sales operations management.
- Effective management of client calls through detailed call scheduling and timely follow-up Comply with phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare, HIPAA, ACW guidelines, and minimum call volumes.
To be successful in this role, you need
- 1 year experience in the medical, sales, collections or call center/customer service sector
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work evening, weekend and overtime shifts as needed
Training and experience required
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
