Axience is a UAE and India based research and consulting firm that works with international banks and related financial services institutions, corporates as well as consulting firms. For our ongoing requirements, we are expanding our UAE based research and support capabilities with part (and eventually) and full-time opportunities for professionals with functional knowledge as well as operational experience of the UAE retail banking sector.

Anyone with experience in implementation/maintenance of digital banking solutions will be highly preferred.

We are also open to UAE based management graduates and students that would be interested in supporting in B2B and B2C market research.

Candidates need to be based in the UAE and should have full proficiency in Arabic.

An indicative long list of job description is as below:

  • Experience and/or interest in retail banking sector operations – those that have worked in any back/middle/front office department/ operations/ products of the top UAE banks
  • Professional with vast know-how in Digital Banking transformation and innovation would be highly desired with experience of:
  • Comparative benchmarking of various digital banking KPIs, products and channels
  • Working on Analytics and BI domain, preferably in Power BI would be an added benefit
  • Exposure to core areas of research such as data analysis and presentation, face to face or phone based interviews, data collection via field surveys or channel checks, desktop/ secondary research, etc. will be an added benefit
  • Higher preference for those that are currently based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, however we are open for those in other areas of UAE as well
  • Bachelors and Masters students with working knowledge of banking sector or digital banking concepts/ solutions that are fully proficient in Arabic can also apply
