As a retail sales consultant, you will be the face of AT&T, providing personalized interactions with our customers. You will provide excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable about the full suite of AT&T products and services. Being courteous takes on a new meaning in today’s environment: it is more than just a service with a smile. It is creating a meaningful connection between every customer and our brand. Your ability to deliver an effortless experience will be rewarded as you work towards achieving key goals and sales targets.
Each day will offer a new set of opportunities, so you’ll need to be flexible and open to change. Depending on your location, you can help with home delivery, online ordering, or even prospecting efforts to reach new customers. You’ll also help maintain store inventory, basic sanitation procedures, and merchandisingof products. Although previous retail or customer contact experience is an advantage, we will provide training to update you!
Sharing this knowledge with our growing customer base brings many benefits. Start with your paycheck – base plus commission. Our part-time retail consultants who work 20-24 hours per week earn an average of $ 30,725 per year in total pay.
