As a retail sales consultant, you will be the face of AT&T, providing personalized interactions with our customers. You will provide excellent customer service by being courteous and knowledgeable about AT&T’s full suite of products and services. Being courteous takes on new meaning in today’s environment – it’s more than just serving with a smile. It’s about creating a meaningful connection between every customer and our brand. Your ability to deliver an effortless experience will pay off as you work to meet key sales goals and objectives.
Each day will provide a new set of opportunities, so you will need to be flexible and open to change. Depending on your location, you can assist with curb delivery, online ordering or even prospecting for new customers. You will also help with the maintenance of the store’s stock, basic sanitation procedures and the sale of products. While previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage, we’ll provide training to keep you up to date!
Sharing your knowledge with our growing customer base brings many rewards. Start with salary – base plus commission. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn an average of $44,792 in total first-year compensation when they successfully meet or exceed sales targets. Ourbest sellers earn an average of $55,965 per year.
