for Assist with patient care and key activities that keep ATI clinics runningefficiently
- Provide direct patient care and support as permitted by state statutes and under the direct supervision and prescription of a licensed physician. This includes safe setup, setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, helping to provide prescribed home exercise programs, and assisting with setting/delivery of therapeutic modalities (e.g., ESTIM, hot/cold packs , etc.) as prescribed and appropriate.
- Provide effective verbal and visual cues to ensure patients complete exercises appropriately and effectively communicate prescribing physician feedback on proven patient performance.
- Maintain the general order of the clinics, following the cleaning and sanitation protocols; order and store clinical supplies; make sure equipment is clean and working properly
- Have a sense of urgency, making sure patient concerns and issues are relayed to doctors and clinic director for quick resolution
- Be dependable and report to work on schedule and communicate effectively with management for any planned or unplanned absences
- Be flexible, with the expectation of floating to other clinics within the geographic market based on business needs and provide coverage for ATI hours of operation
- Be organized, allowing licensed professional staff to maximize their time with patients
- Support and execute company initiatives according toAs directed by operations leadership

Support ATI’s mission by cultivating an exceptional customer experience
- Greet and cordially interact with patients both over the phone and in person during the daily check-in process and during your appointment time
- Promote an entry efficient patient care and registration process, and assist physicians with timely scheduling
- Effectively aboard new patients presenting for their first visit, including review of relevant documentation and verified benefits, filling in medical forms and patient outcome tools
Help ATI achieve clinical metrics
- Be a key partner in converting referrals to assessments
- Assist with patient rescheduling to limit drop rate
- Provide primary support during the daily check-up of the patient. in process, including collection of advance payments aligned with ATI policies
- Assist with the collection of assessments of patient-reported outcomes
Qualifications
for Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (for example, exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology) or in progress toward a related bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science/physiology,sports/performance training, kinesiology Highly preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, move, and perform light lifting tasks throughout the clinic throughout the shift
- Outstanding communication and building skills of professional relations
- Willingness to work/travel between clinics in a designated market
- A positive outlook and willingness to collaborate
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
