  • First point of contact for inquiries received from high-income customers via email or telephone channel
  • Responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining proper treatment and resolution Requests
  • Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/or deposit products
  • Can work with internal business partners to provide resolution to customer queries, problems and/or technical support

Main Responsibilities

Receive and respond to requests received by email or telephone; Offers resolution for requests received by phone or email; Continuously interacts and deepens relationships with internal business partners as well as customers to further increase customer satisfaction; Conduct limited surveys and respond to the customer and be able to answer questions and queries; Use the various banking systems to fulfill customer requests.

Skills needed

  • 1 year experience working with clients.
  • 1 year of experience dealing with difficult customer situations.
  • Intermediate proficiency (1 -3 years experience) in written (including grammar and spelling) and verbal communications
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
  • Ability to engage with customers, start a conversation, build rapport and dealwith objections.
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
  • Comfortable with continuous changes and learning new technologies/processes.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer queries.
  • Ability to deliver a positive customer experience through creative solutions.
  • At least an intermediate skill in computer skills.
  • Ability to browse multiple computer systems while interacting with the client.

Desired Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in banking/finance.
  • 1-3 years experience working in a call center.
  • Experience and knowledge in treasury
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to deal and solve customer challenges in a positive and effective way.
  • Preferably from 1 to 3 years.
