Ardurra is looking for a Marketing Coordinator on our staff in Phoenix, AZ .

Primary function

This position is full-time, allows for creative freedom, and offers benefits (medical, dental, ophthalmology, 401k, PTO). This role will work in tandem with our marketing and business development team to provide supportive responsibilities to the public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, will have strong organizational, business and proposal writing, editing and proofreading skills, proficient in software and graphic design skills, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. hectic.

Primary tasks

  • Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations
  • Assist project managers and marketing coordinatorsin a variety of assignments, including facilitating RFPs/RFQ responses, collecting, writing and editing curriculum information and project experience, assisting with complex forms, and filling out additional materials needed for marketing proposals, sending awards and other guarantees
  • Prepare qualification packages and regional and sub-consultant pre-qualification packages (resume, project experience, certifications, etc.) as assigned (e.g. InDesign documents, SF 330 forms, etc.)
  • Write non-technical text, edit and correct all marketing communications
  • Help gather information from sub-consultants and perform some coordination tasks of sub-consultants
  • Provide storyboards and message development for strategic objectives
  • Create, update and manage project, employee and customer data in Deltek Vision (marketing database)
  • Be responsible for timely production VAT and the quality of marketing communications
  • Collaborate with internal client managers, the marketing and business development team and technical staff in the development of marketing strategies, awareness raising, a nd approaches
  • Create graphics for proposals, events, brochures and other corporate marketing materials
  • Track upcoming leads and RFPs
  • Additional tasks assigned

Training and experience requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proposal experience (experience in the A/E/C sector is a MUST)
  • Strong organizational and writing skills , editing and proofreading
  • Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative and flexible
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especiallyIllustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with web-based Prezi software is an advantage
  • Ability to work and manage projects both independently and in collaboration with different teams, marketing department, technical managers and project staff
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • An attitude and commitment to actively participate in our employee-owned culture is a must

Desired qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, English or related title
  • Experience in database management
  • Experience with Deltek/Vision
  • Experience of planning and publishing on social media
  • Favorite local candidates
