We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to work on strategic internal development projects. Your role will be to seek new and highlight business opportunities. You will use your communication skills to manage brainstorming sessions with different audiences to discover customers’ needs. You will work with IT- Business units to restructure and customize company’s offerings based on discovered needs.

Responsibilities:
- Help design, document and maintain internal processes
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements
- Experience with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent research skills
- Tell a story – Content development skills (simplify & sequence of information)
