Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role purpose:
This position is responsible for processing invoices, strictly following the rules of Hydro Financial Management and the Service Level Agreement with the Hydro Financial Shared Services customers and following the Process Descriptions and SOPs according to the statutory requirements of HBS Spain, Italy and France.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient processing of invoices, expenses and credit notes
- Booking of Accruals/Prepayments/VAT/Fixed Assets
- Correcting GL coding
- Check for duplications and inaccuracies
- Liaise with in-country finance to understand nature of expense
- Vendor Management
- Ad Hoc reporting; GRNI reports, Vendor Aging reports etc.
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Accountant or similar
- BSc / MSc Degree in Finance & Accounting or in Business Administration
- Confident use of MS Office tools
- SAP ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of English & Italian knowledge
