SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, Partners, Business stockholders and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The candidate will also ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and drive product creation to ensure delivery of defined products according to agreed Specification and Cost
• Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives through benefit realization phase
• Create commercial specification and drive technical specification of new features
• Responsible for communication and alignment of product and features to all stakeholders, internal and external.
• Generate local insights to drive product development and maintain competitiveness and profitability of product.
• Develop and communicate project plan, continuously communicate with various project stakeholders to align them towards set project goals.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• MCA/B-Tech qualification desired.
• 8-10 Yr. experience on the same job or equivalent retail/logistics experience
• Well-versed with IT project management tools, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Can communicate fluently, both formally and informally and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Prior experience in a product management or operational role.
• Experience with Logistics, Order Management, Last Mile technologies highly desired.
• Experience managing cross functional teams i.e. Operations, Brands, IT etc.
• Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal/external business partners/ Vendors.
• Works well under pressure and always deliver on tight deadlines.
