You will be joining hardworking and engaged team of 2 other administrators and the admin team leader. We split all admin duties equally between the team across all three brands. We are a business support team whose main purpose is to help facilitate the smooth running of all administration processes in order to support our hard working colleagues (in particular the clinical team) as well as our clients and staff. Part of the Acacium Group, Thornbury Community Services, is a division that consists of Complex Community Care, Learning Disabilities and Autism and Mental Health.   • End to end document management which includes preparation, sending and receiving whilst regularly checking for old documentation and completing the document archiving process
  • Monitor all email inboxes and responding to any queries/action any requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Customer Service check in calls with all allocated members of the clinical team monthly and booking in couriers required for their returned documents
  • Occasional Reception Duties including directing visitors, booking meeting rooms and dealing with post in and out
  • Taking minutes in meetings for various groups of colleagues and stakeholders
