Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Provide business administrative duties to ensure office processes run smoothly.
  • Manage daily HR activities, and employee-related functions
  • Schedule meetings, office arrangements and official travels.
  • Manage administrative activities such as office contracts, utilities billing, office cleaning, supplies etc.
  • Organise relevant office events.
  • Responsible for all follow ups regarding the office and external parties whenever required.
  • Writing proposals and qutations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
