Position: Account Manager
Department: Client Services
Reports to: Account Director
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Phnom Penh
SUMMARY: The account manager is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership on client projects. They work directly with clients, developing trusted advisor relationships. They work closely with the agency creative, production, and web development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Provide leadership on client accounts, including:
➢ Understand clients’ needs and objectives and work closely with them, making recommendations and offering advice o Develop strategies and work plans for meeting client objectives
➢ Plan and manage projects, including digital and social media campaigns, video and radio production, KOL/influencer campaigns, media buying, website development, events, market research, and more o Work closely with agency teams
➢ Provide quality oversight on deliverables
➢ Write presentations, reports, meeting notes
➢ Support new business initiatives, proposal writing, and pitch decks
➢ Manage and grow a team
Skills Required:
➢ University graduate
➢ 3-5 years of working experience in client services management or other related fields
➢ Understanding of agency process, advertising and marketing
➢ Effective teamworking skills, influencing and negotiation skills
➢ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
➢ Willingness to take on project ownership and accountability
➢ Excellent organizational skills
➢ The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
➢ Enthusiasm and passion for marketing initiatives
