forCustomer service: answering phones and emails; data entry; assist callers with online payments; assist callers with facility and licensee application requirements; report printing; and processing of renewals. It should work well with other staff members and clients. On time and available to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. forforGOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, DETAILED ORIENTED SKILLS, TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, CLASSIFICATION AND FILE, ON TIME AND GOOD ATTENDANCE. for Telephone answering machines: must be pleasant and able to accept a large volume of telephone calls to include assistance withonline payments and assistance with general licensee requirements. forforData Entry – Help other staff members enter data into the agency database and approve license renewals. forforReport Printing and Scanning – Print reports for renewals and the app can scan too. forforThis project requires interacting with other members of staff and the public.
