Your role will be to prioritise tickets according to urgency and liaise with customers and colleagues in the 2nd Line Support team. The role will entail you answering incoming calls from customers and logging their tickets, identifying which tickets need to be escalated to 2nd line support, providing support to customers via a multitude of mediums, diagnosis of reported issues and reporting and logging faults through a ticketing system. Key Skills

  • Customer service focussed
  • Financial services background is desirable
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Office 365 exposure
