Responsibilities
1.配合公司策略目標，招募相關人才。
•Handling full life cycle of recruitment based on group strategies targets.
2.經營公司品牌並活化招募管道，擴充人才庫。
•Have the knowledge and skill for development of brand strategy basis, and
creatively use existing recruitment channels for talent pool extension.
3.其他人資相關行政作業。
•Participate in HR Projects, and related administration for organizational needs.
4.其他主管交辦事項。
•Supporting any other duties or logistics requested by HR Manager.
Qualifications
1. 3年以上財務、保險相關領域工作經驗。
Over 3 year experience in finance, insurance or similar field
2. 熟悉成本會計、財務分析與數據分析相關技巧。
Knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis or data analysis
